Help us hold News Corp accountable. 

Over two years, we've collected evidence to show they've run an agenda that said that Palestinians have a sick culture and less than human:

They spread false atrocity propaganda:

They justified and urged support for disproportionate violence against Palestinians:

She has called on Israel to be proportionate, which is one of the most gutless things to say. What does she want the IDF to do? Go into Gaza and behead 40 babies and rape a bunch of women, yeah that's proportionality." Their response to Minister Penny Wong's comments which outline expectations of protecting hospitals under international law. "she's clueless...she's a disgrace"| Sky News Australia

They've told Australian audiences, "shape our immigration program to reflect the fact that not all cultures are equal."

They've brought in 'experts' to argue that hospitals are "legitimate military targets" in clear contrast with international legal experts and the United Nations.

We could go on and on, as our evidence goes into hundreds of pages.

News Corp has gotten away with so much harm while a genocide continues. Help us bring consequences.  Palestinians in Australia are grieving; many have lost many loved ones, and some have lost more than 100 family members. Nothing will stop News Corp. 

This time, legal action is being taken against the companies, not the individuals they hide behind. If successful, court orders will apply to those companies. We are seeking a range of orders, including injunctions to stop them from repeating this behaviour. The proceeding has already started. 

Which companies? News Corp Australia and three of its subsidiaries that cover The Australian Newspaper, Herald Sun, The Daily Telegraph and Sky News Australia channel. They take up an overwhelming majority of the Australian media market. 

This action is ambitious, but it's also necessary. Help us bring a strong fight.

Legal Information 

We have Counsel assisting in this matter involving four individual Palestinian complainants against four large companies.

The proceeding has already commenced in the Federal Court of Australia.

It is brought under sections 9 and 18C of the Racial Discrimination Act (Cth).

Estimated categories of expenditure include:

• Legal fees and barrister costs (50–60%)
  Preparation of legal documents, legal representation, court appearances, counsel advice, and counsel fees.
• Evidence gathering and expert reports (20–25%)
  Collection of evidence, research, witness statements, media analysis, and independent expert assessments where required.
• Court and administrative costs (10–15%)
  Filing fees, court fees, transcription fees, and other procedural expenses.
• Other legal disbursements (10%)

All funds will be applied towards this legal matter.

We will donate any unused funds to a legal advocacy group with DGR aimed at addressing racism in Australia.
